If someone were to ask me what makes me an exceptional massage therapist, I would say it would have to be what my clients say the most about me; ​that I work intuitively. I think of each massage session as a sort of conversation with the body. I get so much out of a verbal intake with my clients, but also get a lot of requests from the body itself whether it says, "go deeper here," or "hold this pressure here." 

I have been working as a licensed massage therapist since 2011 only working parallel chiropractors and spas. These contrary settings have allowed me to serve clients with varied needs and goals for their massage. 

Modalities that I specialize in are Deep tissue, Swedish, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, and massage for motor vehicle accident or workers accident recovery.


Lisa Blake LMT
I am honored to facilitate release and rejuvenation of body and spirit. I work to restore connection to oneself and to let go of what is not serving you.  I bring 10 years of experience and the wisdom gained from each session and individual to you. Release comes as we melt away restriction in tissue and let go of the stress, trauma and pain held in these very physical spaces. Restoration is the reconnection to your own power and strength. Self care is often not prioritized, but it is sacred and incredibly important. It is essential that you feel safe and heard in our sessions, communication comes from listening to the client, the body and then checking back in with the client. My style of bodywork is highly intuitive. I weave Swedish, Deep Tissue, Fire Cupping, Energy work, Reiki and Craniosacral techniques as needed or requested into our sessions. 


Lisa Ann VanAlstine LMT
I bring 23 years of bodywork experience for a holistic approach to each individual’s specific needs. My intention is to use relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, myofascial and sports massage techniques with an approach rooted in kinesiology to address your unique musculo-skeletal concerns for our bodywork session. I also bring tools from Pilates and proprioceptive awareness to the table to help facilitate long-term goals.

Whether you are in the midst of training for an athletic event, needing some time to rejuvenate, or rehabilitating from a recent injury, I offer an eclectic blend of bodywork that will help you feel like your best self.
